An Artistic Navigation Of The Erie Canal
An exhibition Re Inspired: An Artistic Navigation of The Erie Canal will be on display as part of The World Canal Conference. This exhibit, combining contemporary fine art, text and illustrations will tell the story of the creation of The Erie from the engineers perspective.
The exhibit's text is being written by renowned author Gerard Koeppel with contributions from Tom Grasso (Canal Society of New York State), Dave Barber (American Canal Society) and Frank Griggs (historian/engineer ASCE).
